BLEPHAROPLASTY
Today, many patients seek consultation for eyelid lifts, both to remove unwanted "bags" and skin excess, as well as to improve the overall shape of the eye.
Dr. Wells is specially trained in eyelid procedures and has an array of procedures specifically designed for various eyelid anatomies. These may be discussed at your consultation.
Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty - TCB is an incredibly quick and effective procedure designed for patients who notice "puffy" bags under their eyes, but have not yet developed loose or crepe like skin requiring traditional eyelid lifts. Through tiny incisions in the inside of the lower eyelid, invisible from the outside, the excess fatty baggage is trimmed away leaving an immediate and permanent correction of this very distressing cosmetic liability. What is so great about this procedure is that younger patients with congenital puffy eyes can be treated in a simple outpatient setting with no visible incisions and minimal or no bruising. Heretofore, these patients felt they were too young to bear potentially visible signs of plastic surgery. Patients are ecstatic with the results and the ease of the procedure and recovery.

These are “simple” procedures with virtually no “down time”, are minimally invasive, and can provide a
subtle, but remarkable improvement in
